In the year of 1505, there was a king name Preah Srey Sokun Bot who had a brother name Preah Chan Reachea. Preah Srey Sokun fell in love with Bopha, a beautiful woman who living with her mother Mea Ban, father Pichey Neak and a brother Korn. Srey Sor was promoted as Concubine, while her brother Korn was assigned to Loung Preah Sdech Korn. As most of the palace officials were not satisfied with Loung Preah Sdech Korn, they made false accusations on Loung Preah Sdech Korn, so Preah Srey Sokun decided to plot the murder on Korn by throwing a net. After Korn has escaped from the King’s murder plan, He gathered the rebellion in order to fight back with Preah Srey Sokun. The King’s younger brother Preah Chan Reachea had fled to Tep Borey City in the conflict with his brother Preah Srey Sokun and Loung Preah Sdech Korn. After winning the war, officials, judges and lawmakers agreed to support Loung Preah Sdech Korn as the 39th King reigns in Cambodia’s history called Preah Srey Chetha Thireach Reamea Thibadei Krong Srey Sor Chhor. The king also ordered the creation of gold and silver pieces to be the nation's currency to facilitate business and trading both inside and outside the kingdom.
